Please note the following when booking our conference rooms:

Two different conference rooms are available:

K1: 10–12 persons, ground floor
K2: 18–20 persons, 1st floor

Equipment:

• Projector with VGA connection

• Projection screen

• Flipchart

• Pinboard upon request

• Wi-Fi

Please bring the following if required:
Adapters for HDMI or Micro-HDMI, markers, permanent markers, and pins for felt boards.

Price: EUR 15.00 net per hour – minimum booking duration: 4 hours

IMPORTANT

• Bookings are only possible on working days between 08:00 and 17:00.

• Key handover notice
  The booking times for our conference rooms refer to the reserved period of use.
  The handover of keys or other access credentials is coordinated individually with the Center Management as part of the booking process.
  Please arrange the handover appointment in good time to ensure that the room can be used at the scheduled booking time.

• Parking
  Car parking spaces can be used with prior reservation (maximum of 2 spaces).
  The location is also easily accessible by public transport (bus line 294 stop directly in front of the building).
